Welcome to Dump 'n Chase!

Welcome to the new home for Dump ‘n Chase, the Washington Capitals blog I started in September of 2006. Hundreds and hundreds of posts later, D&C is moving onto the Monumental Sports Network, where you can find many other blogs and lots of other great content and coverage of the three Monumental Sports teams: the Capitals, the NBA’s Washington Wizards and the WNBA’s Washington Mystics. Additionally, MSN will keep you current on the latest happenings at Verizon Center and Patriot Center.

Only the location is changing; D&C is still your spot for all of the latest news concerning the Capitals, and it’s also the new home of “Postgame Notebook,” another regular feature that started in the fall of 2006. Written following each Caps game at home and on the road, Notebook contains news, notes, numbers and analysis that you won’t find elsewhere.

Beginning this week, you’ll also find Capitals Report here on the MSN. We started Capitals Report in March of 2002 and it’s the longest running podcast devoted to the Capitals. Join John Walton and I every Wednesday at 2 p.m. as we discuss the Caps with significant input from you.

Wherever the Caps go, that’s where I am. If you’re following me, you’re following them. Come on along and share the ride, and while we look out the windows we’ll discuss what we’re seeing and thinking together along the way.
